We just bought this new "ride on" toy online that we love! No batteries, no pedals, it moves due to the centrifugal (sp?) force you create by moving the handles back and forth. It works great on our kitchen floor and it is sturdy enough for adults! (The kids love it too!)

We purchased a couple of those a few years ago... I tell you they get more use then any toy in our garage! They are a blast!
